Alegre Solutions GS provides contractor marketing and operational systems including, but not limited to: Meta advertising management, lead generation systems, follow-up automation, CRM setup and management, sales optimization, custom website design, and drone and videography services (collectively, "Services").
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for Services are defined in a separate written Service Agreement executed between the Company and the Client. These Terms govern your use of the Site and supplement any Service Agreement.
IMPORTANT: Alegre Solutions GS does not guarantee specific results, revenue outcomes, lead volumes, or return on investment from any marketing service. Results vary based on market conditions, client responsiveness, offer quality, budget, and other factors outside our control. Any case studies, testimonials, or performance examples referenced on this Site represent individual results and are not guarantees of future performance.
By submitting your phone number through any form on this Site, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Alegre Solutions GS. These messages may be automated or manually sent and may include marketing, informational, and transactional content.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Alegre Solutions GS or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Marketing materials, ad creatives, copy, and systems developed by Alegre Solutions GS for a client remain the intellectual property of Alegre Solutions GS until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the Service Agreement.
Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are defined in the applicable Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alegre Solutions GS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our Site or Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alegre Solutions GS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Our Services may involve the use of third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and others. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Alegre Solutions GS is not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies, algorithms, or availability that may affect campaign performance.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, strategies, client data, and trade secrets shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the Service Agreement for a period of two (2) years.
Either party may terminate a Service Agreement as specified therein. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred through the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate access to our Site or Services for any user who violates these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
